Additionally, you can choose to receive reminders about doctor’s appointments or prescription refills, which you have scheduled using your personal DYSmd™ Calendar. Please be aware that DYSmd™ is not responsible for any personal information you provide in an e-mail. Since an e-mail address is considered personally identifiable information, DYSmd™ encourages you to take advantage of the variety of free e-mail providers to set up an anonymous e-mail account and keep your current e-mail address private.

Date of Birth and Gender

DYSmd™ asks you to enter your date of birth and gender. Health conditions and medical treatments are different throughout age groups and vary for males and females. DYSmd™ uses your age and gender to offer you medical research, risk factor analysis and medical guidelines which relate specifically to your individual needs. Both age and gender are considered non-personal details when not connected with other personally identifiable information, such as name, address, e-mail address and/or telephone number.
